From aerospace engineering
to AI consulting
I'm Arthur Zamfir. I built systems that automated complex engineering work — and realized the same principles apply to any knowledge-heavy business.
Engineering credentials, practical mindset
I spent years at the German Aerospace Center (DLR), where I led the development of a knowledge-based engineering platform and worked as a technical lead on systems that automated complex engineering workflows — handling everything from high-level design to implementation.
That experience taught me something I keep coming back to: the thinking behind automating complex aerospace workflows applies to any business built around knowledge.
Growing businesses deserve better than the status quo
Large enterprises have dedicated AI teams and large budgets. Most growing businesses don't — and the AI industry mostly ignores them. They're either sold enterprise tools they don't need or left to figure it out themselves.
I started LogiShift to change that. There are no vendor relationships and no referral fees. I'm an engineer who finds satisfaction in making things simpler — not a consultant who profits from recommending software.
What I stand for
Start with the problem, not the tech
AI is a tool. If you don't know what problem you're solving, no tool will help. I always start with your pain points.
Simple beats clever
The best solution is the one your team actually uses. I favor practical, maintainable implementations over impressive-sounding complexity.
Your data, your control
I never recommend tools that hold your data hostage. You own your processes, your data, and your choice of vendors — always.
Honest by default
If AI isn't the right solution for your problem, I'll tell you. I'd rather lose a project than waste your money on something that won't work.
