Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data LogiShift collects, why, and how it is handled. LogiShift is operated by Arthur Zamfir, an independent AI consultant. This policy will be updated once a legal entity is formally registered.

What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you actively provide through the contact form on this website. This includes your name, email address, and anything you write in your message. We do not collect data passively beyond the analytics described below.

Why we collect it and the legal basis

Contact form submissions are processed for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and, where relevant, establishing a business relationship. The legal basis under GDPR is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) — specifically, responding to inbound business enquiries.

How long we keep your data

Contact form data is retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission. Data is deleted once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.

Third-party processors

When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered via Resend (Resend Inc., USA), a transactional email service. Your name, email address, and message content pass through Resend's servers for delivery purposes. Resend is GDPR-compliant and operates under standard contractual clauses for international data transfers.

When you book a discovery call via the contact page, your name, email address, and scheduling data are processed by Cal.com (Cal.com Inc., USA). A Data Processing Agreement is in place with Cal.com. Their privacy policy is available at cal.com/privacy.

No other third-party services process your personal data.

Analytics

This website uses Umami, a self-hosted, open-source analytics tool. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect any personally identifiable information, and does not track you across websites. All analytics data is stored on our own server. No data is shared with third parties for analytics purposes.

This website does not use cookies.

Under GDPR (if you are in the European Economic Area), you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
